Midwest has earned a good reputation with owners, receiving various awards for outstanding service from the Illinois DOT and Missouri DOT, the Rock Island and St. Louis Corps of Engineers Districts and from the AGC of Illinois. Midwest is a member of the AGC of Illinois with our Former Executive Vice President, Jack Franklin, serving as President in 1997.
